Our Story
Basetao Spreadsheet started as a single Google Sheets document shared in a Reddit community. The creator — a longtime replica fashion buyer — was tired of losing product links, forgetting QC deadlines, and blowing past budgets because shipping fees were never tracked.
That first spreadsheet had eight columns, two formulas, and a color-coded status system. Within weeks, it had been copied thousands of times. Buyers from across the world added their own columns, shared improvements, and asked for new features.
Today, Basetao Spreadsheet is a full resource hub with three downloadable templates, six free automation tools, fifteen deep-dive SEO guides, and an active community of resellers, first-time buyers, and bulk organizers. Everything remains free. Everything remains open.
